Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Updated Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
Tenderers are required to be credit worthy without guarentee requirement.
The contracting authority will assess tenderers' fulfilment
of the qualification requirement based on the following
documentation:
Credit rating issued by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
(not older than 6 months)
- Latest submitted annual financial statements with notes,
including the auditor's statement.
If a tenderer has a justifiable reason as to why they cannot
present the documentation requested by the contracting authority,
the tenderer can prove his
economic and financial capacity with any
other document, including, for example, a
parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have sufficient ability and capacity to
fulfil the contractual obligations.
The contracting authority shall evalute the Tenderer's experience
with delivering the type of deliveries included in the tender contest
based on the following documentation:
- Completed Response form for references
The Response form for references shall include the primary deliveries of goods
that the Tenderer has carried out in the last three years,
including information on the value of the contracts,
the date of delivery or execution, and the name of the
of the recipient.
