The procurement concerns the delivery of six new crew vehicles for Bergen Fire Service. The vehicles will be delivered during the 2025-2027 period, whereof two vehicles will be delivered each year. There is also an option for the delivery of two additional crew vehicles on the same terms.
The contracting authority wants tender offers for two different chassis, which is described further. At least two of the crew vehicles must be delivered with torch extinguishers.
The contest will be held as a competitive dialogue, with prequalification. Provided that a sufficient number of tenderers fulfil the qualification requirements, 3 to 5 tenderers will be prequalified.
The dialogue prior to the final submission of tenders may take place in several rounds, and the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the number of solutions or tenders in rounds.

The contract is based on Bergen municipality's contract for the delivery of goods with associated attachments and annexes. Servicing of crew vehicles is regulated under a separate contract.

Objektive kriterier for å velge det begrensede antallet kandidater:
If there are too many qualified tenderers, the selection will be based on the background of who is considered to be the best qualified after an assessment of the received documentation as regards technical and professional qualifications.
Provided that a sufficient number of tenderers fulfil the qualification requirements, the following criteria will be used to prequalify 3 to 5 tenderers:
- The tenderer's implementation ability, based on documentation for the qualification requirement "Sufficient capacity"
- The tenderer's experience from relevant/similar assignments, based on documentation for the qualification requirement "Good expertise and experience from assignments of a similar nature, size and complexity"
For both criteria, it is the tenderer's additional fulfilment of the qualification requirements that will be assessed.
