The objective of the call for tenders is to enter into a framework agreement for companies included in the NORCE Norwegian Research Centre AS, including the above specified branches and daughter companies' total requirements for statutory financial audit in accordance with the Auditor Act's §2-1. For NORCE Holding AS, group accounts must also be audited. The audit must comply with all requirements given in the Norwegian laws, regulations and good audit practise. The auditing services will apply from and including the fiscal year 2023.
KPMG AS is the current supplier. The final decision on the selection of a new auditor is reserved for final approval by the general meeting of the individual companies.

The audit services shall apply for the 2023 financial year. The contract period will be three (3) years with a planned commencement on 16 November 2023, with an option for a one (1) year extension.

The Contracting Authority would like the tenderer to provide an hourly rate for consultancy in connection with company law transactions (including, but not limited to, due diligence and valuation)
