The contracting authority needs assistance with recruiting employees for the entity's organisation.
A framework agreement will be signed for 2 years from when the contract is signed, with an option for an extension of the framework agreement for up to a further 2 years. The upper financial limit is NOK 2,500,000 over the contract's duration. The estimated annual need is approx. 350 hours.
The framework agreement will use the government's standard contract for assignments (SSA-O) or the government's standard contract for assistance (SSA-B) for the individual assignments as required under the framework agreement.
The assignment will include recruitment for top management positions, but also other employees within various disciplines during the framework agreement period.

Norwegian tenderers must have their affairs in order with regard to the payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT). Credit rating not older than 6 months.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.

A regular contact person must be offered as a link between RA and the tenderer.

Tenderers must refer to experience with recruiting top managers within government entities in the last three years (the period 2019-2022).
