Kort beskrivelse:
This procurement is divided into lotes. The contracting authority expects that the total estimated value of the contract is divided as follows between the various lots:
• Lot 1 (operating areas 1 and 2): 40% of the total estimated value of the procurement.
• Lot 2 (operating areas 3 and 4): 60% of the total estimated value of the procurement.
A framework agreement for the assignment will be signed with 2 tenderers, provided that a sufficient number of suitable tenders are received. If only one suitable tender is received, the entire assignment can be awarded to one and the same tenderer.
Tenderers must submit tender offers for the entire procurement, i.e. both lots. It will not be possible to submit tender offers for only one of the lots.
The tenderer ranked number 1 in the contest is awarded lot 2 (operating areas 3 and 4). The tenderer ranked number 2 in the contest is awarded lot 1 (operating areas 1 and 2).
If the tenderer of a lot area does not respond to a call-off in accordance with the contract requirements on response time, UiB reserves the right to use the other tenderer to carry out the call-off. In the event of termination of the contract with one of the tenderers (e.g. non-renewal, termination or cancellation), the other tenderer may be used for call-offs on both lots.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years from the date of signing. The Contracting Authority will have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2/1+1 years, for a total of 4 years.

Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation Requirements: • Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
• Foreign tenderers: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Requirement: Tenderers must have experience from similar assignments. Documentation requirement: Description of up to three of the most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment's value, the content of the assignment, the date of delivery or execution, and the recipient. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.
