Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron and Ringebu municipalities co-operate in some of the procurements. The co-operation includes that several tender contests, such as this, are jointly implemented. This call for tenders includes all 3 municipalities. The co-operating municipalities are separate legal entities and will enter into separate contracts.
The agreement can be used by all municipal organisations, including all public law
bodies and associations formed by one or more of these municipalities.

Estimert totalverdi: 10 500 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The municipalities would like to enter into an agreement with a single supplier who will assume overall responsibility for meeting the contracting authority's needs for secure print/follow me, printing, scanning, copying and faxing solutions.
The contract includes, amongst other things,
- delivery of machinery
- print management system
- secure print/follow me system
- installation and training
- service agreement including delivery of consumables (not paper, this is purchased through separate agreements)
- pick-up/return when replacing machines during the contract period
- collection/return of machines at the end of the agreement
The agreement will cover each municipality's service centres; office operations,
school/development, health, staff/support etc.
The agreements will be signed for each individual municipality.

Midt-Gudbrandsdal Renovasjonsselskap
Ringebu Parish
Ringebu Church Council
Sør-Fron Parish
Nord-Fron Church Council
Through their procurement, the municipalities will ensure that the community's resources are utilised in a
socially responsible way. Municipalities base their procurement on competition, commercialism
and equal treatment of suppliers.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 10 500 000 NOK 💰

It is required that the tenderer has a minimum rating of A on the Bisnode AAA scale for the last 3 years. The Contracting Authority will obtain the credit rating. Tenderers who, for various justifiable reasons, cannot document fulfilment of the qualification requirement as requested (for example, a start-up company), must demonstrate their economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable.
