NTNU, Department of Electronic Systems, will purchase an arbitrary waveform signal generator (ARB) and an advanced oscilloscope with high analogue bandwidth. An arbitrary waveform signal generator will provide the ability to generate arbitrary waveforms to control the behaviour of advanced RF circuits and systems. An advanced oscilloscope will provide opportunities to make measurements directly on RF waveforms in the process of designing linear and/or efficient RF power amplifiers.
