As of d.d., an investment framework large enough for the project has not been decided. A total of NOK 56.9 million has been put aside for the entire project in the municipality's investment plan. The feasibility study has stated a cost of approx. The interaction phase must be used to optimise the project in order to calculate a new price that must be calculated through an investment decision in order to proceed with the execution.
