Oslo municipality has prepared standard requirement specifications for the construction of buildings, including "Standard requirement specifications for Oslo Municipality" (hereinafter "SKOK" [Standard kravspesifikasjoner for Oslo kommune]). The system that be purchased will cover the Contracting Authority's needs for support with various work processes related to SKOK.
The system will provide a centralised and structured approach to managing requirements that helps businesses and projects to maintain a clear overview of all relevant requirements and to ensure that they are met in an efficient manner.
At minimum, the system support must handle the following work processes and functionality:
- Management of requirements and requirement sets
- Deviation management
- Requirement specifications adapted to projects
- Reporting and statistics

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract duration is 3 (three) years calculated from the Delivery Day. The Contracting Authority has the right to extend the contract for a further 2 (two) years at a time up to 2 (two) times, then for a further 1 (one) year. The total duration of the contract can be up to 8 (eight) years calculated from the Delivery Day.

Documentation Requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate
Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement: The Contracting Authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian to evaluate economic and financial capacity.
