The project can be briefly described as having the following conditions, masses and quantities:

Multi-storey car park with 182 parking spaces, where there are 9 HC parking spaces and 72 cycle parking rack spaces on 2 floors with an area of approx. 2,800 m2.

Student housing with 248 bedsit units divided among 9 floors and with a combined gross floor area of approx. 6,928 m2. Outdoor works on an area of approx. 3,800 m2, of which approx. 2,800 m2 covers and is constructed over the a building (the car park).

The tender documentation is published with the prequalification so that tenderers may become oriented with what the project comprises. Changes to the tender documentation may occur up until it is received by the prequalified tenderers in the subsequent contest.
