Examples of signs include coats of arms, names of buildings and facilities, exterior information boards, interior information boards, directional signs, names of departments and more. The list is not exhaustive.
The contest is mainly for complete signage during 2023, with the possibility of production and installation of individual signs in 2024.
Due to the holiday period, the startup meeting will take place in August 2023.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation: Certificate (company registration certificate) or confirmation of registration in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be issued more than 6 months prior to the tender deadline.

Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation: A credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

The company's annual accounts for the last two fiscal years, including the auditor's report, as well as recent information that is of relevance for the company's accounting figures, for example, the provisional accounts.
If a tenderer has a justifiable reason as to why the requested documentation cannot be presented, it can be documented by presenting a declaration from a financial institution on surety or other documentation that can prove the tenderer's economic and financial standing.

#1 Experience:
Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent assignments. Documentation: A list of three relevant assignments carried out by the tenderer in the last 5 years, including information on the customer's name, the scope of the assignment, contract value, and date. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to contact the listed references to verify the scope and quality. See annex 3.

#2 Resources and capacity
Tenderers are required to have sufficient technical resources and capacity to fulfil the assignment in accordance with the contracting authority´s needs. Documentation: Tenderers must attach an overview of personnel with relevant technical/specialist competence for the fulfilment of this delivery. Tenderers must have a minimum of 2 installers with experience relevant for this contract.

The Contracting Authority can cancel the competition with immediate effect if there are 'justifiable reasons'. C.f. the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-4. The justificationfor the cancellation is extensive errors and deficiencies in the contracting authority's registration forms. Furthermore, the requirement specification is communicated so imprecise that it is difficult for tenderers to recognise what should be used as a basis for calculation. These errors and deficiencies as a whole mean that the tender contest has to be cancelled.
