The procurement will include various types of work chairs, standing chairs, desks, trolley tables, and special sitting furniture, as well as associated accessories and spare parts.
The procurement is split into lots for the best possible coverage of the users' needs.
Contracts will be signed for each lot with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. There can, therefore, be variations from lot to lot as to whether a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, or whether parallel framework agreements will be signed.
An estimate has been given for the total value for the procurement. The maximum total value per lot can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value.
