A framework agreement shall be signed for ventilation services in the health company ́s premises/buildings. The service will be for ventilation services with the accompanying equipment deliveries in connection with ongoing and emergency maintenance and minor alteration works. The contracting authority will, as a main rule, carry out maintenance on the ventilation installations, but will also need to purchase this service (or parts of it) in some cases. Annex 10 - "Property Overview" contains an overview of which locations the customer is currently using. There will be changes in the contract period. In such cases the tenderer will get information on changes. New locations will be included on the same terms as those in the overview today. Major works will be published in accordance with the law and regulations on public procurements.
