Horten kommune

Horten municipality and Horten Havnevesen have 170 ventilation aggregates divided between 70 buildings. In addition there are a number of smaller exhaust fans. The municipality also has approx. 150 smaller air-to-air heat pumps, refrigeration systems and DX machines. The systems are a mix of newer and older models. The number of installations may change during the agreement period. Horten municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement to cover the municipality ́s ongoing need for operation and maintenance for ventilation services and associated materials. The municipality may need to purchase materials for work carried out by its own employees. The need is to ensure operational security in municipal buildings as well as heating and air quality, with the accompanying good inside climate as well as energy economic systems. The framework agreement shall keep the focus on laws and guidelines, and user satisfaction in the buildings.

In recent years the municipality has spent an average of approx. NOK 6 million in total for operation and investment. The scope and turnover of the contract will vary depending on the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budget situation etc. The municipality is not bound to a specific volume. The maximum value of the agreement including any options and other options is NOK 30 million. Major investments such as turnkey contracts etc. can be exempted from the contract. Payment of public duties - extended tax certificate Tenderers must not have significant arrears. Any arrears must be founded separately. Norwegian tenderers must submit an extended tax certificate. This orders the tenderer himself in Altinn. The certificate is called "RF-1507 - Ordering information on tax and duties". The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. The chosen tenderer must present an extended tax certificate upon request throughout the entire contract/contract period.
