In the sub-contracts 'Service area A – Vest-Viken' – 'Service area B – Vestfold and Telemark', the tenderer shall upload a tender letter in each sub-contract that the tenderer would like to submit a tender in.In the sub-contract "Tender Submission", the tenderer shall upload all other documentation that the tender consists of (Complete tender, cf. point 0). Files/documents will be uploaded as described above for the relevant sub-contract under the tab 'Documents' in the Mercell portal. See the example below: The tenderer would like to submit tenders for a sub-contract "Service area A" and "Service area B". Tenderers shall then upload a tender letter in each of these sub-contracts.
