The objective of this procurement is to acquire a modular, laboratory-scale educational power engineering system that enables hands-on teaching, experimentation, and analysis of smart grids and distributed energy systems. The system shall support realistic operation and measurement of three-phase power networks, complex electrical loads, grid-connected photovoltaic generation, inverter control, reactive power provision, and voltage control in a local low-voltage grid. The equipment shall be suitable for regular use in a higher-education laboratory environment, allowing students and staff to safely configure, operate, monitor, and evaluate power-system behaviour under controlled and repeatable conditions, using both physical hardware and associated software tools.
