Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. The required capacity will be assessed in relation to the contract ́s value, services, risk and duration.
Documentation requirement: Credit rating from a certified credit rating company based on the last known accounting figures. The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.
If a credit rating is not enclosed with the tender, the contracting authority will carry out a credit rating itself through the credit analysis tool Dun & Bradstreet Risk Guardian Suite.
If there is a justifiable reason, tenderers can document their economic and financial capacity by enclosing any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, including, for example, by a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc. Such documentation shall be enclosed with the tender.

Experience from similar assignments - reference projects
Tenderers shall have sufficient experience with the execution of comparable assignments that this contract shall apply for. Comparable assignments means assignments connected to periodic operation and maintenance of varied lift types/lift manufacturers.
Documentation requirement: A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments in the last three years.
The list shall as a minimum contain
• the name of the customer/contracting authority
• a short description of the delivery, stating which types of lifts have been carried out in operation and maintenance of
• date of the delivery.

Tenderers shall use the attached template, cf. Annex 5 Reference Form.
It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another employer.
