Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The assignment includes assistance with land acquisitions and compensation cases for the flood protection project. There are approx. 150 affected landowners, and a need is estimated to be between 1,500 and 2,400 working hours. There may be landowners who will be affected due to the municipality's work with storm water pipelines as well, even if these are not within in the zoning area. The tenderer shall.

Rettslig grunnlag:

The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974 parts I and part III. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1(1).

Minimum qualification requirements The Company Registration Certificate can be uploaded together with the other tender documents.

Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the assignment. Documented by an expanded report from Bisnode http://www.soliditet.no/. The report must be dated after the publication date for the competition. If this is not enclosed, Abakus will obtain an expanded report from Bisnode free of cost for the tenderer. The information in the report will form the basis for an assessment of the tenderer's economic and financial situation. Information given on the tender date will be used as a basis. The documentation can be uploaded together with the other tender documents.

Only for services: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent assignments. Tendering companies shall describe a minimum of 3 equivalent assignments in the last 5 years.
