This sub-contract includes sub-contracts 1-71 within vascular intervention, including: Introduction and closure: Artery puncture needles, micro puncture sets, introducers, guiding sheath, crane, y-connector, rotator, manometer syringes, closure devices, haemostasis plastics/compress. Catheters: Diagnostic catheters, guide catheters, aspiration catheters and systems, mechanical thromboectomy, snares, microcatheters, thrombolysis catheters, re-entry system, Leaders (Guidewires): Standard, hydrophilic, rigid, medium starch, different thicknesses (0.014, 0.018, 0.035). Balloons: PTA balloons, medicament rewarding balloons, cutting balloons, occlusion balloons, REBOA-set Stents: Self expanding stents, balloon mounted stents, peripheral stent grates, carotis stent. Embolisation: Coils, particles, embolisation material, vascular plugs. For practical reasons these are combined in a sub-contract in Mercell. For practical reasons these are combined in a sub-contract in Mercell. Tenders can be submitted for one, several or all sub-contracts in this sub-contract. Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Sufficient economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer must have a credit rating equal to B or better, measured on AAA soliditet's scale or equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Documentation requirement:
Documented by presenting a credit rating, not older than six months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company.
Recently established companies with an credit rating, some foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to provide a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. In such cases, this will be compensated by providing alternative documentation together with the tender.
