Tenderers shall have solid finances which means that the tenderer has the capacity to handle a framework agreement of this size I - Credit assessment of the tenderer, not older than 6 months calculated from the expiry of the application deadline. The credit rating shall include an assessment of the tenderer's payment history/reliability. The result of the credit rating must be given as a graded value (letters or numbers) on a defined scale.

Tenderers shall have solid finances which means that the tenderer has the capacity to handle a framework agreement of this size II - The tenderer shall document annual minimum turnover for the area this framework agreement applies to the last 2 fiscal years of NOK 60 million.
This shall be done either by presenting accounting figures from two available annual accounts showing the tenderer's turnover. Or by the accounts key figures stated in the credit rating. A new submission is not required.
The requirement is per annum and not average.
If the area that the tenderer sells goods/services is not excluded within the area, an account shall be given that the minimum requirement is met.
