The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the total contract value for the contract can be in the range of NOK 11 800 000 excluding VAT. Changes to the contracting authority ́s needs due to changed financial framework conditions/budget, organisational and political changes and municipal activity can lead to change in the need of the contracting authority.
