Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The project consists of a main part, with an option for triggering the option if the University of Agder goes ahead with the project. Part 1: The project shall be in a clarification phase based on the feasibility study. The work in this first phase shall result in a P10-P90 cost estimate. The estimate shall be sent to the University as a basis for a decision to proceed to the preparation of the tender documentation for the contract. The work will be re honorary in accordance with elapsed time. Part 2: Option. Triggered if the cost food in part 2 is approved by the University of Agder. The option consists of creating function descriptions for the turnkey contract.
