Tax Certificate: Tenderers shall have their tax and duty payments in the country where the works are established.
Documentation requirements:
The contracting authority will obtain a tax certificate via eBevis (debts berre Norwegian tenderers). When submitting a tender via KGV, the tenderer will receive a request for approval via Altinn. If consent is not allowed, a tax certificate must be delivered manually via KGV. If so, the certificate shall be obtained from the Altinn.no. The certificate shall be valid and not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Norwegian tenderers who are not obliged to pay VAT shall enclose a confirmation from the tax authorities that document this.
Foreign tenderers shall present certificates from equivalent governments in their country of establishment, which document that they have legal conditions when it comes to debt tax and VAT.

Documentation requirements:
Tenderers shall present an extended credit rating/report, not older than three months, from an officially approved credit rating company. The report shall be built on the last known accounting staff, and the date of the assessment must be clearly stated. The credit rating must be equal to A (credit worthy) or equivalent, measured by Bisnode Norway AS's AAA rating system - or equivalent score from another reputable rating company. The assessment shall be carried out by a credit information agency with a licence to operate such works. Negative equity capital, re-enclosed sub-contractors and bad liquidity can also be the basis for rejection in the competition.
Companies that do not meet the requirements for a satisfied credit rating, including newly started companies with credit rating AN, some foreign companies or companies that have a reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre, can compensate with alternative documentation that is equivalent to the guarantee for the execution. Such documentation shall be included as part of the tender.
The contracting authority can check the credit rating against Creditsafe.
The tenderer shall also enclose an annual accounts with auditor ́s report for 2023 and 2024.
