Trondheim Kommune

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of textbooks, teaching material and literature for training. Books shall also be procured for the school libraries for the municipality, fiction and specialised books. This applies to both printed and digital teaching aids. We would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for printed teaching aids within book group book groups 1 to 9, with the exception of book group 8.0, and a web-based platform for the procurement, overview and pupil and teacher viewing agreement with a tenderer for digital teaching aids within book group 8.0, and a web-based platform for procurements, overview, pupil and teacher viewing and administration of licences.

We would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for printed teaching aids within book groups 1 to 9, except book group 8.0: school books/textbooks for primary and secondary schools, including disposable books, work books, textbooks and copy originals for these books, as well as printed additional resources for the textbooks, literature and materials, including subject books for the professional market, non-fiction, fiction, cheap books, works, commissioned books, laws, research reports etc. as well as audio books and e-booksThat the contracting authority needs a digital additional resource for a printed teaching aid, this shall also be offered. The main orders for printed teaching aids will occur in the following periods: May and June, December and JanuaryIn addition there is a need for continuous supplementary orders, rush orders and orders of copies for review. Minimum qualification requirements Requirement: The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documented by a Company Registration Certificate or equivalent.

Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment - the tenderer shall be credit worthy. Credit worthy with security is not accepted. A/N is sufficient for newly established tenderers. Documentation requirement: • Credit rating of the tenderer, not older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The assessment shall be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past three years. The result of the credit rating must be given as a graded value (letters or numbers) on a defined scale. Newly established tenderers must document the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment by other documentation, such as accounting figures and a bank guarantee.

If the entire company is environmentally labelled with a type 1 environmental label, such as the Swan Ecolabel or equivalent, this is also approved.
