Tenderers shall make the contracting authority a high priority. The consultant must facilitate the works so that it is capacity to meet the contracting authority ́s needs in the contract period. The scope of the contract is unclear and the contracting authority does not procure the purchase obligation in volume in accordance with this procurement. The municipality ́s agreement that one can announce assignments over NOK 500,000 in eigne competitions. The contracting authority would like to have up to 4 parallel framework agreements. We emphasise that this is an estimate based on own knowledge of price, historical consumption and plan-made activity. A quarter year budget and any other guidelines from the municipal council, debting laws and regulations and equivalent will also be a guideline for the activity.
