An error has been discovered in the tender documentation.
When the tender documentation is presented to the contracting authority, you can see all criteria that the tenderer will be evaluated on, but when the tender documentation is shown to the tenderer, the sub-criteria of criteria 2.0.0 will not be shown.
Based on this, and potential tenderers having worked on tenders on the wrong basis, we are making a change in the competition.
The attached new version of the competition is annex 12 - Award Criteria Painting and wallpapering work for Fredrikstad municipality and Hvaler municipality.

The deadline for questions and the tender deadline are postponed to the same length as the competition has already been published.
The competition was announced 06.02.26. Both deadlines are therefore extended by 21 days.
The new deadline for submitting questions is 25.03.26
