The contracting authorities Alvdal, Folldal, Os, Rendalen, Tolga, Tynset, Røros, Stor-Elvdal, Åmot, Trysil, Engerdal, Dovre, Lesja, Lom, Sel, Skjåk, Vågå and Elverum municipalities invite tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the delivery of ICT equipment. The procurement shall result in parallel framework agreements with up to three tenderers. The framework agreements shall cover the municipalities ́ continuous need for modern, reliable and functional ICT equipment in a cost efficient way. The contract shall contribute to efficient resource use, predictable prices and low total costs, while maintaining environmental and sustainability requirements through clear and documentable requirements for products and deliveries. The framework agreement includes both products included in the evaluation and other assortment that can be procured during the agreement period.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
This procurement is for the delivery of client equipment, monitors, network equipment, mobile telephones, tablets, servers and AV equipment. Tenderers shall be full assortment suppliers and shall deliver both line priced products and other assortment. The agreement shall ensure modern and functional ICT equipment, stable deliveries and safeguarding of environmental and sustainability requirements through clear product requirements and return schemes. The total estimated volume for the contract period is estimated to approx. NOK 150 million excluding VAT, based on historical consumption and known needs. The maximum framework for total call-offs in the contract period is NOK 190 million excluding VAT. There is no procurement obligation and the actual volume can vary between the municipalities.
