Medicine and multi-dose (Storby 2)

Trondheim Kommune

Trondheim municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for medicine and multi-dose to the Contracting Authority's units and cooperation partners, total approx. 90 collaboration partners (cf. Annex 7 - Affiliated parties). The contract is for the delivery of: Prescription and non-prescription medicinesApote specific commodities Packing multi-dose and endoseOption on special orders (e.g. pain pumps, IV antibiotics) Option for pharmaceutical services such as consultancy, revision/inspection, medicine review or medicine handling courses etc. Option on a stand-by warehouse This includes: Delivery to storage Deliveries to patients at nursing homes, other health institutions, prison health services, emergency doctor surgeries, children ́s homes etc. Delivery to patients living at home where the Contracting Authority administers the medicines, e.g. via the home care service, shared housing etc. See the attached tender documentation and annexes for details. Minimum qualification requirements Requirement: The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documented by a Company Registration Certificate or equivalent. Documentation: Documentation: Documentation must not be enclosed for tenderers registered in the Norwegian Register of Units. The contracting authority will check the registration by using the organisation number stated in the tenderer ́s Mercell profile. Tenderers who are not registered in the above register must submit certificates or confirmation (equivalent company registration certificate) for registration in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. Such a certificate shall not be issued more than six months before the tender deadline

Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment - the tenderer shall be credit worthy. Credit worthy with security is not accepted. Documentation requirement: Credit rating of the tenderer, not older than six months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The assessment shall be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past three years. The result of the credit rating must be given as a graded value (letters or numbers) on a defined scale.

Therefore it is a requirement that the company has an environmental management system, such as Miljøfyrtårn, EMAS, ISO 14001 or equivalent. If the entire company is environmentally labelled with a type 1 environmental label, such as the Swan Ecolabel or equivalent, this is also approved.
