The contracting authority requires that the tenderer is registered with certification as "Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider" (LSP) and "Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider" (CSP).
Tenderers must be able to continue the contracting authority ́s contracts with Microsoft and negotiate new agreements with Microsoft.
Documentation requirement: Documentation from Microsoft.
Tenderers shall contribute to taking over licence administration for all licences that the contracting authority has within the five main categories. This shall be free of charge for the contracting authority. The relevant license manufacturers in this contract are Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix , VMware and Veeam. The contracting authority shall also be able to procure other types of licences that naturally come under this
the framework agreement, if deemed appropriate. These shall be priced in accordance with the maximum stated mark-up percentage.
Tenderers shall have good competence within the five licence types and good experience as a SAM consultant.
