The team will consist of the following roles: •Local project manager•Construction engineering construction manager (structural inspector)•Construction manager electro (electical inspector)•Construction manager HVAC (mechanical inspector)•Cost Manager The local project manager will also function as an Engineer, as defined in the FIDIC Red Book – Conditions of Contract for Construction, 2nd Edition 2017.
