The procurement concerns contract for the builder's local project management during the renovation of the Norwegian Embassy in Warszawa.The project includes partial demolition and reconstruction of the main building of the Norwegian Embassy, as well as the demolition and construction of the garage building located in Warszawa in Carpenterina 2a street, plot no. 39, district 5-05-07, 146510_8.0507, including outdoor works. Key information on the renovation project: •TomtoAreal: 1035 m²•Main buildingoNettoareal: 1360 m²et floors: 4 (including the basement)•Garage•Net area: 60 m²•Floors: 1 The work shall be carried out as a general contract. The tender process for choosing a contractor is ongoing. The form of contract with the contractor is FIDIC "Red Book". The local project management team is expected to lead the project throughout the entire construction phase, including handover. Some assistance can also occur during the claims period. The team will consist of the following roles: •Local project manager•Construction engineering construction manager (structural inspector)•Construction manager electro (electical inspector)•Construction manager HVAC (mechanical inspector)•Cost Manager The local project manager will also function as an Engineer, as defined in the FIDIC Red Book – Conditions of Contract for Construction, 2nd Edition 2017. Tenderers must have previous experience from projects of relevance for this contract and, if needed, have public certification to carry out the work. A description of a maximum of three relevant reference projects (maximum one page per project) that the tenderer has carried out in the last five years. The descriptions shall include the following information: • Project name (or generic description) • Approximate area of the contract area • Approximate total contract value for the tenderer's assignment. • Approximate total contract value for the construction works • Approximate contract period • Areas of responsibility during the assignment
