The department usually receives tubes of type BD Vacutainer and Greiner Vacuette. The system must also be able to read barcodes on the side of the pipes. The procurement will also include instrument dependent consumables, options on equipment for other departments/functions at the Clinic for Laboratory Medicine, options on service courses and options on service and maintenance agreements for as long as the equipment is in use.
