Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to implement the assignment. A credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures, not older than three months calculated from the tender deadline, shall be enclosed. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. Documentation shall connect to the unit for organisation numbers that shall be the possible contract party for the tender, as well as any other resources that shall contribute significantly to any framework agreement, cf. point 4.4 Sub-suppliers.
