Parallel framework agreements will be signed with three tenderers under part contract 1 for standard valuation and valuation.
The sub-contract will cover the agency ́s need for ordinary valuations and valuations, as well as accompanying consultancy services. The objective will normally be assessments related to determining the market price for open sales in the market. In some cases special terms can be connected to any transaction, which the assessments must take into account.

The obligation to make requirements or criteria does not apply if the procurement has a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial, cf. the fifth link.
The most significant of the environmental impact in this procurement is assessed to be connected to the executive consultant by virtue of being employed, such as the need for office space and equipment, energy consumption and the generation of waste. These are generic terms related to general office operation and not the nature of the procurement - implementation of valuation and valuation. In any case, these conditions have been captured through qualification requirements connected to the environmental management system.
Based on this, exceptions from taking care of climate and environmental considerations are seen in accordance with § 7-9 fifth paragraph as fulfilled. The contracting authority also refers to guidelines from DFØ on procurements that have immaterial climate footprint and environmental assistance.

A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for sub-contract 2 for special valuations and advice.
The sub-contract will understand the agency's need for assistance with rent price assessments and other economic/business advice related to renting conditions, as well as valuation of service bags and other forms of rights submissions that do not naturally fall under ordinary purchase, sale or fixing.
