Parallel framework agreements will be signed with three tenderers under part contract 1 for standard valuation and valuation. The sub-contract will cover the agency ́s need for ordinary valuations and valuations, as well as accompanying consultancy services. The objective will normally be assessments related to determining the market price for open sales in the market. In some cases special terms can be connected to any transaction, which the assessments must take into account.

A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for sub-contract 2 for special valuations and advice. The sub-contract will understand the agency's need for assistance with rent price assessments and other economic/business advice related to renting conditions, as well as valuation of service bags and other forms of rights submissions that do not naturally fall under ordinary purchase, sale or fixing.

Economic and financial capacity: The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirements: The company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain credit appraisal on its own initiative.

Relevant experience: The tenderer shall have good experience from similar assignments. Similar assignments mean valuation and determination of properties' market value. Documentation requirements: Short description of the company's most important deliveries in the last three years, including information on the contract ́s value, date of delivery as well as the name of the contracting authority and a description of the assignment ́s content. If the tenderer has a justifiable reason (e.g. newly started company) for not submitting the documentation required by the Contracting Authority, he can document his experience with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable. This may include accounts from management, etc.
