Kvalitetskriterium (navn): The climate and environmental impact in this procurement is primarily related to input factors in the production phase, potential emissions at the disposal phase and emissions connected to transport when delivered.
It is assessed as clear that the use of the minimum requirements in the requirement specifications in combination with an award criteria weighted 20% will give a better climate and environmental effect than by weighting climate and environment by 30%. The minimum requirement ensures that the desired effect is achieved, whilst the award criteria alone lead to the risk that climate and the environment do not reach other award criteria. There will, therefore, be a minimum requirement for the number of years guarantee period, waste management and climate friendly transport in combination with an award criteria for a further year ́s guarantee and warranty handling.
The exclusion provisions in the Procurement Regulations § 7-9 fourth section will therefore apply.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain the company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

Environmental management system: Tenderers are required to have implemented environmental management measures that ensure that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contract ́s environmental provisions (see the joint procurement agreement point 7.4).
