The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 (FOA) parts I and part II, Annex 2 Special Services. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the 'Open Tender Contest' procedure, cf. FOA § 8-3.
The reason that an open tender contest is registered in the notice is because the tender deadline must be in the notice. If an open tender contest had not been chosen, the tender deadline would not be in the notice, as the tender implementation ́s system is at the current time.

The contracting authority has not had the possibility to reply to submitted questions, within a reasonable time before the tender deadline. Based on this, the contracting authority chooses to extend the tender deadline to 16.02.2026 (12:00).
Due to the extension of the tender deadline, the deadline for asking questions has been extended to 06.02.2026 (12:00). The contracting authority also has the opportunity, however, to answer questions that have been submitted after the stated deadline for asking questions, if there are procurement considerations that suggest that the questions should be answered.
