About the contracting authorities who have an option:
Kristiansand municipality currently uses an agreement for laundry and hire of institutional textiles. Alternative solutions can be assessed during the coming four year period, e.g. the transition to laundry services provided by a labour market company. If such changes become relevant, it is appropriate that the municipality is on an option.
Bygland municipality currently procures laundry services from an intermunicipal company. Other solution models can, however, be considered during the contract period. In order to ensure the necessary scope of action, the municipality would therefore like to be on an option.
Grimstad municipality will review the possibility of a future cooperation on laundry services throughout the year. Until a final decision is made, it is desirable that the municipality has an option to retain flexibility.
