Tenderers shall have good economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
Documentation requirement:
• Extended credit evaluation/report, not older than three months, from a publicly certified credit rating company containing a credit rating of the tenderer - typically given with numbers or an alphabetic character or brief text, as well as an explanation of these. The text and explanation must refer to the requirement - Company score/Companyscore of 45 moderate risk or higher score.
The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The date must be clearly stated.
• If the tenderer has valid reasons (e.g. that the company is recently started or does not have a reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre) to not present the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer can prove its economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable, such as a parent company guarantee or other guarantee/security.
