The government manager's joint services and the government managers need a framework agreement for consultancy services for management support and business development. This includes the primary need for assistance with: • Strategy and development • Performance management, risk and profit realisation. • Analysis, evaluation and improvement. • Consultancy and facilitation at top management level. A non-exclusive framework agreement shall be signed with up to two tenderers, provided that a sufficient number of suitable tenders are received. The contract will be valid for 2 years from when the framework agreement is signed by both parties, with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year. The estimated annual value of the contract is NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreements are valid for a total call-off of NOK 35,000,000 excluding VAT over the contracts maximum lifetime of 4 years.
