The contract is for the delivery of a complete, cloud based EPJ system, including operation, maintenance, support, training and the necessary conversions to historical data. The delivery is defined as a service procurement contract where the tenderer has total responsibility for the application ́s availability and security. We have, thus, a journal system for AstafjordlegeEt journal system for Gratangen kommunelegekontorEt journal system for Salangen HelsestasjonEt journal system for Gratangen HelsestasjonEt journal system for Lavangen Health StationAnskaffelsen includes a complex matrix of health service that requires tight integration. It is a decision that the tenderer understands that this is not a procurement for an individual doctor ́s office, but for an integrated health ecosystem across municipal borders. The procurement covers the following units: Astafjordlegen: The intermunicipal family doctor cooperation that serves the inhabitants of Salangen, Lavangen, Ibestad and Dyrøy. This forms the core of the delivery with the largest transaction volume. Gratangen Legekontor: An independent unit that currently uses CGM General, which has specific experience with performance challenges that must be addressed in the new system. The health centres: The health centre services (health station, school health service, health centre for youth) in the same municipalities shall also be included in the system. This involves requirements for modules for growth baskets, vaccination (SYSVAK) and pregnancy care, which are considerably different from curative doctor services. This is not a case of a common journal system, but one for each municipality. It is worth noting that the nursing and care sector (PLO) in the municipalities has its own EPJ, which shall not be presented in this tender.
