Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers shall have good economic solidity and financial capacity. Documentation requirement: Tenderers must be credit worthy equivalent to A (Bisnode, Experia etc. the report must not be older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. In addition tenderers shall submit an overview of any events of significance that have taken place in accordance with the last revised annual accounts. If the tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot prove his financial position in accordance with the above listed documentation requirements, the Contracting Authority will evaluate other appropriate documentation if this is submitted with the enquiry.
