Climate and environmental requirements in the requirement specifications are considered to have a clearly better effect than climate and environmental considerations in this competition. The justification is in the annex to the tender documentation.
The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract by 30 hours per annum. If the option is
triggered, call-offs will take place so that the chosen tenderer is paid per hour in accordance with
at the offered hourly rate for the option.
The option is necessary in the event that the contracting authority is made aware that it has gathered
plastic and other waste from the project in other areas than in the divided zones.
When using the option, it will be necessary to clear other areas than those outlined
in the stated maps. Such clearing shall be carried out by a layer consisting of 1 boat with a minimum of
speed of 8 knots and 3 persons. Travel time to and from exploration area ordered by the contracting authority,
be paid with a maximum of one hour travel time per road.
The measures for extra clearing are two (2) weeks from the written order. If the weather conditions
irresponsible with the clearing round, the time of the ordered clearing round can be agreed
with the contracting authority.
