The assignment is for the collection, mapping and reporting of plastic waste. The number of rounds with clearing within the defined exploration area is determined at 8 per year, with a duration of four years. The assignment will be awarded to the tenderer who gives the tender that, in total, appears most advantageous based on the submitted tenders and the contracting authority ́s needs. All costs connected to the tenderer's execution of the assignment shall be included in the tender offer, including, among other things: boat with drivers, clearing crews, equipment, fuel, insurances, administration, reporting, office management and waste management etc. The tender letter shall include a description of how the tenderer intends to solve the assignment, including HSE measures. Location of the assignment: Rogaland, Ryfylke basin in Kvitsøy, Stavanger, Randaberg, Strand municipalities, see the map in point 2.1. Extra clearing rounds on other areas than the above mentioned areas may be relevant, see point 2.3 option.

The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract by 30 hours per annum. If the option is
triggered, call-offs will take place so that the chosen tenderer is paid per hour in accordance with
at the offered hourly rate for the option.
The option is necessary in the event that the contracting authority is made aware that it has gathered
plastic and other waste from the project in other areas than in the divided zones.
When using the option, it will be necessary to clear other areas than those outlined
in the stated maps. Such clearing shall be carried out by a layer consisting of 1 boat with a minimum of
speed of 8 knots and 3 persons. Travel time to and from exploration area ordered by the contracting authority,
be paid with a maximum of one hour travel time per road.
The measures for extra clearing are two (2) weeks from the written order. If the weather conditions
irresponsible with the clearing round, the time of the ordered clearing round can be agreed
with the contracting authority.

Tenderers who participate as a working partnership will be assessed collectively for the qualification requirements of economic and financial capacity and technical and professional qualifications. Tenderers shall confirm that they fulfil this requirement when submitting their tender. In addition each individual entity in the (work) group shall submit separate ESPD forms when submitting a tender. Tenderers shall, upon request from the Contracting Authority, present the following documentation proof:
• An account of the (work) community, including the role of each participant. • Each individual entity in the (work) group shall submit a tax certificate.
• In order for the working partnership to be assessed collectively, commitment statements or equivalent must be presented between the tenderers who will use the capacity of other participants in the group.
