The contracting authority and the builder are Ålesund municipality and Sula municipality. Ålesund municipality is the contract party. Ålesund municipality and Sula municipality cooperate through the project "BLÅ – fjords for the future", to construct a new sewage treatment plant at Kongshaugen (Kvasnes) in Sula municipality. The aims in the project are as follows: - Cleaner fjord system - Legal system for sewage water - Sustainable solution for the futureThe new sewage treatment facility shall be built in rock and shall have sufficient treatment capacity to handle sewage water that shall be supplied from Sula municipality and Ålesund municipality. The facility is dimensioned for 69,000 person equivalents and it shall be designed as a secondary treatment facility. The new treatment facility shall replace seven existing treatment plants and some interceptors for sludge. The sewage water must therefore be pumped from the existing treatment plant to Kongshaugen via a comprehensive transfer system. The transfer facility will have approx. 34 km sewage pipelines and will contain 25 objects, including approx. 28 km submarine pipelines, 6 km pipelines over land, 3 valve houses/manholes and nine pump stations. The contract work for the construction of the transfer facility will be organised as nine parallel execution contracts. For a more detailed description of the other contracts see Part A - General part. The Builder shall now enter into contract with one contractor for the execution of contract E24 Pump stations and valve manholes 3, which is a part of the transfer facility to Kongshaugen reindeer treatment facility. The builder will enter into a contract that builds on the contract standard "NS 8405:2008 Norwegian Building and Construction Contract" for the execution.- Execution of ground and construction work at the following new pumping stations: 420 PA070 Sunde, 433 PA060 Hamnevika and 470 PA010 Langevåg.- Execution of ground and construction work at the following existing pumping station: 432 PA620 Flisnes.- Ground work, including refilling, road works/external place, foundation earth, water and sewage installations in the ground on site, cable trenches, green areas, etc. - Foundation and construction works, HVAC and electro. With tax certificate Means: Norwegian tenderers: The certificate must not be more than 6 months old. issued by the tax office via Altinn. Foreign tenderers: Equivalent certificates from their own country as shows that they have their tax and duty conditions. If the authorities in the relevant country does not issue such certificates, the tenderer shall submit a declaration which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's financial director/person responsible for finance.

9.3.3 Registration, authorisation, etc. The tenderer shall be a legally established Enterprise. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Completed tender form, in which company names and organisation number is given. Norwegian companies therefore does not need to deliver documentation for this requirement out the completed tender form. 9.3.4 Economic and financial capacity requirements Tenderers shall have good economic and financial capacity to be able to carry out Contract. The financial capacity will be assessed on the basis of i.a. turnover, profit ratio, solidity, liquidity, credit rating and payment history. Documentation requirement: The tenderer's annual accounts including notes with the board's and auditor's reports from the last three completed fiscal years (2022, 2023, and 2024). The contracting authority reserves the right to. themselves obtain a credit rating.

The reference projects must be carried out by the tenderer himself or by a sub-supplier that shall carry out the relevant parts of Contract. In such case there must also be delivered documentation that the sub-contractor is a supporting company in accordance with the competition description point 9.3.1.
