9.3.5 Technical and professional qualification requirements (experience)
Tenderers shall have experience from relevant and
comparable deliveries, i.e.
> Delivery of prefabricated and
Waterproof swamps
> Delivery of a built-up shelter in
frame work
> Electrical installations
> Laying of Water and Sewage pipelines
The tenderer does not need to have carried out
all the listed items in one and the same
reference project, but the reference projects
must together show the requested experience.
The reference projects must be carried out by
the tenderer himself or by a sub-supplier
that shall carry out the relevant parts of
Contract. In such case there must also be delivered
documentation that the sub-contractor is
a supporting company in accordance with
the competition description point 9.3.1.
Documentation requirement:
An overview of up to five (5) relevant and
comparable deliveries that
the tenderer and any supportive
companies, have carried out during the last five (5)
years, calculated from the tender deadline.
The overview shall contain the following for each
of the contracts:
Name of the builder (contracting authority)
Date of the delivery
The contract ́s value
Description of the contractual works
expired, including the relevance seen
against the qualification requirement.
What work was carried out by
the tenderer himself and what works
that were carried out by sub-suppliers
(contract helpers)
This qualification requirement is to be documented
through the completion of part I annex 3 -
Reference descriptions.
If the tenderer relies on other
companies to fulfil parts of the
the qualification requirement applies to the limitations on
the number of reference projects combined for both
the tenderer and the supporting company.
