The procurement is stage 1 in a larger project that also intends to procure a joint EPJ for the dental health service in stage 2, with storage of central data in a joint information storage system that is established in Stage 1. The contracting authority will, in connection with the establishment of the joint information storage system, strive to make all relevant information available, so that suppliers who participate in the deliveries in stage 1 are not excluded from participating in stage 2. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. ENVIRONMENT: This procurement is, in its nature, considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement is for consultancy services/consultancy services where the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria that are aimed at these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental supervisor. APPRENTICE: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Procurement Act § 7 and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement as disproportionately is considered, as there is a need for specialised competence that an apprentice cannot be expected to hold, cf. the apprentice regulation § 6 (4).
