The objective of the procurement is to ensure a general, feasible and cost efficient preliminary project, which provides a good decision basis for further engineering design services and execution. The preliminary project shall ensure the requirements for functionality, quality, sustainability, universal design and life cycle costs. The project includes both the establishment of a new nursery school and the upgrading of the accompanying access, including the establishment of foot and cycle paths and technical infrastructure. The aim is that the systems shall be robust, traffic secure and suitable for future use. The procurement includes the provision of complete consultancy services in the preliminary project phase, including the necessary clarifications, analyses, engineering design and documentation.
