Tenderers are allowed to appeal at all stages of the procurement process. Appeals must be lodged within a reasonable time after the tenderer became aware of, or ought to become aware of, the complaining relationship. When appealing the award decision, the complaint must be received by the contracting authority within the appeals deadline stated in the award letter. Appeals can also be sent to KOFA (The Appeals Board for public procurements).
