The parties shall enter into a contract for interaction that is based on openness, trust and common goal understanding as a means of realising the project in accordance with given requirements for quality, progress and finances. After the contract has been awarded, a partnering phase (Phase 1) shall be carried out. Midway through the interaction phase (by 01.07.2026), there must be a agreed target price and a agreed process guarantee between the parties. If phase 1 achieves the targets for the interaction, the contract will go into the execution phase (Phase 2). The interaction phase will end 02.10.2026, but it can be extended in accordance with the contract ́s provisions.
