New Competition Spring 2026: The aim of the procurement is to ensure UDI employees and visitors access to modern, reliable and environmentally friendly water tap towers with cooled water and carbonated water, coffee machines, as well as coffee and tea. The procurement shall contribute to a good working environment, efficient operation and support UDI ́s strategy for sustainability and resource utilisation. The procurement shall cover udi ́s main office at Valle, the National Arrival Centre and it includes an option for the regional offices (North, South, East, West, Mid). The procurement will be carried out as an open tender contest. Important updates from previously announced competition:- Point 4 in the contract - Contract duration: 2+1+1 year - Point 5.6 in the contract - Increased notice period from 60 to 90 days - Point 9 in the contract - New price regulation mechanism: Price of coffee beans and tea can be adjusted every 6 months after the index SSB SITC07. All other products can be adjusted in accordance with KPI (ordinary consumer price index from SSB) every 12 months.
