This shall be done through a mapping and subsequent analysis. The report shall not include recommendations for measures. There will be a need to look at general data for travel and emissions in the government tariff area, using public databases and available statistics from, among others, DFØ. The aim is to get a good, overall picture of travel patterns and emissions for travel activities. It may also be necessary to break down data in the ministry area/sector. The tenderer shall also collect data on journeys from a selection of entities by direct contact. Here you will be able to look at i.a. the number of journeys, type of means of transport, distance, length in time (number of days), use of own or company ́s vehicles etc. The list is not exhaustive. This shall be seen against any local travel policy. A central part of the procurement will be in the form of interviews with employers (managers and HR) and employees (elected representatives and/or employees) in approx. 15 selected entities. It is desirable that these are several of the same entities where the contracting authority collects figures directly. The final deadline for delivery: 31 December 2026. The upper financial limit in the project is NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT. Of these NOK 1.5 million, an option is set aside for NOK 100,000 that the contracting authority can use if there is a need during the execution of the assignment that requires funding. This can be if there are things that come forward along the way it would be appropriate to examine, travel, gatherings etc.
