Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Statistics Norway ́s office in Kongsvinger will have cleaning operations with an agency. The cleaning company in this delivery shall deliver cleaning for the 7th - 3rd floors and on the ground floor. Other floors, as well as the main and emergency steps, lifts and lift halls, are to be cleaned by construction areas. This is a new office building that was completed in June 2025. The cleaning service provider shall start cleaning from June 1. The employees will use the building from 06:00.Daily cleaning will be carried out Monday -Friday. The cleaning shall start at 06:00. Dust-suction shall take place up until 08:30.Areas that must be taken at the specific time: The meeting room shall be cleaned until 09:00Training room and training room on the ground floor shall be cleaned between 09:00-11:00 In regard to light and availability in the areas, it is desirable that periodic cleaning assignments are carried out on 1-2 scheduled Saturdays each month. The work ought to be carried out in the period from 08:00 to 12:00.

The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. The credit rating must be at least A, or equivalent, if a different scale is used. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information that, but not limited to, annual financial statements including notes, the board's annual reports and auditor's reports.

Only for services: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The contracting authority cannot be used as a reference for this competition. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility that the references are available for the Contracting Authority during the evaluation of the tenders.
