Kongsvinger municipality shall enter into a contract for the delivery of new chairs to the hall in Rådhus-Teateret R203. The procurement is for the replacement of existing chairs in the cinema hall, including delivery, assembly and any options connected to components and accessories. Rådhus-Teateret is a listed building from 1951 and the initiative shall be carried out as a part of an overall upgrade of the hall. It is decisive that the delivery safeguards both functional, technical, aesthetic and antiquarian considerations, as well as the prevailing requirements for safety, comfort, environment and fire. Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The procurement is for the delivery and installation of a total of approx. 481 new cinema chairs for Rådhus-Teateret in Kongsvinger. The existing chairs shall be disassembled and removed, either by the contracting authority or by the supplier as an option. The chairs shall be assembled in the existing cinema hall and adapted to the current plan, distances and escape conditions. The delivery shall include chairs that fulfil current standards and requirements, including NS-EN 12727:2016, as well as requirements for fire, durability, comfort, cleaning and the environment. Emphasis shall be put on a long lifetime, access to spare parts and possibilities for replacing individual components. The chairs shall have high sitting comfort and be suitable for a wide public. The procurement includes options for i.a. cup holders, table systems and alternative material choices for exposed components. It is possible to reuse existing fastening systems when possible, but the tenderer can also offer a new fastening system in accordance with the requirement specifications. The delivery shall be carried out within the stated time limits and in accordance with the other requirements and prerequisites described in the tender documentation and annexes.
